BofA Didn't Breach Fontainebleau Lending Contract, Judge Says
A Florida federal judge on Monday cleared Bank of America NA of allegations in multidistrict litigation that the bank and other lenders unfairly cut off $1.85 billion in financing to bankrupt Fontainebleau Las Vegas Holdings LLC's casino resort project.

Claims Trimmed In Fontainebleau Contract Spat
A federal judge has thrown out the lion's share of claims by plaintiffs in two cases that are part of the multidistrict litigation alleging a group of lenders, including Bank of America NA, unfairly cut off financing to bankrupt Fontainebleau Las Vegas Holdings LLC's casino resort project.
