Welch Foods Inc. has agreed to distribute at least $30 million in coupons and offer refunds to certain customers to settle two class actions alleging the company deceptively marketed a white grape and pomegranate juice blend.

Consumers have filed a proposed class action accusing Welch Foods Inc. of falsely advertising its White Grape Pomegranate juice, a concoction they claim contains very little to no actual pomegranate juice.
