Zurich American Insurance Co. was freed from covering Lantheus Medical Imaging Inc.'s purported $70 million in lost business after a nuclear reactor shutdown deprived Lantheus of manufacturing material, with a New York federal judge ruling Tuesday that the claim fell under a corrosion exclusion.
