RadioShack, AT&T Dodge Data Overage Charge Suit
RadioShack Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC on Tuesday escaped a putative class action in Oklahoma federal court saying they defrauded customers by not telling them about the high cost of data download overages after a judge ruled the plaintiff could not prove actual injury.

A federal judge has refused to toss a class action accusing RadioShack Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC of defrauding customers by not telling them about the high cost of downloading too much data with their wireless Internet connections.
