Imperial Sugar Co. has settled a suit against Ironshore Specialty Insurance Co. over several million dollars in potential coverage for litigation and liability stemming from a widespread 2010 sugar recall, Ironshore told a Texas federal court Thursday.

Imperial Sugar Co. has sued Ironshore Specialty Insurance Co. in order to obtain several million dollars in potential coverage for litigation and liability related to a widespread 2010 sugar recall.
