Member Sues Power Co-Op Over Pricing Scheme
Power distribution cooperative People's Electric Cooperative has sued a generation and transmission cooperative to which it belongs, Western Farmers Electric Cooperative, alleging it planned to charge different electricity prices to different members and tried to monopolize the Oklahoma electricity market.
