    Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. asked a California federal judge on Monday to declare that the costs of defending Rubio's Restaurant Inc. in a suit from a patron allegedly sickened by the restaurant's fish should be covered by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co., the insurer of the fish supplier.
