Twin City Fire Insurance Co. has no duty to insure law firm McBreen & Kopko LLP for breach of fiduciary claims arising from the bankruptcy of Butler International Inc., an Illinois federal judge ruled Wednesday.

McBreen & Kopko LLP asked an Illinois federal court Thursday to dismiss a declaratory judgment action brought against it by Twin City Fire Insurance Co. over coverage for breach of fiduciary claims arising from Butler International Inc.'s bankruptcy.
