An Alabama federal judge refused Thursday to remand to state court an Alabama firm's suit claiming Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP agreed to share profits from the firms' collaboration on high-profile product liability lawsuits, including a multidistrict litigation over the painkiller Bextra.
