Abbott Laboratories agreed in a California federal court on Friday to pay direct purchasers of its HIV drugs Norvir and Kaletra $52 million to resolve a consolidated antitrust class action.

A district judge in California has tentatively given the green light for Abbott Laboratories to seek interlocutory appeal of several contentious antitrust issues that have arisen in one of several suits the company is facing for allegedly jacking up the price of its HIV medication Norvir.
