The federal court overseeing a trademark dispute over outdoor water slide products has denied a bid to disqualify Goodwin Procter LLP from representing Slip N' Slide maker Wham-O Inc. for allegedly using private documents to craft discovery requests, a Goodwin Procter attorney said.
