A federal judge has rejected bids by Bad Boy Films Inc. and Viacom Inc. to throw out claims from bankrupt Trans Continental Television Productions Inc.’s $60 million contract suit alleging its production rights for the TV show “Making the Band” were wrongfully turned over to hip-hop artist Sean “Diddy” Combs.
