CSX Workers Denied Class Status In FMLA Suit
A judge has denied class status to two groups of employees of CSX Corp. Inc. in a suit accusing the railroad company of numerous violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act, saying that the plaintiffs failed to establish that their allegations could have applied companywide.

Workers Ask For Class Certification In CSX FMLA Case
Current and former CSX Corp. workers who say the rail company systematically and willfully violated their rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act have asked a judge to certify a class in their lawsuit.
