The Coca-Cola Co. and drink producer Johanna Foods Inc. on Tuesday settled an unfair competition, trade dress and patent infringement suit in Georgia federal court that alleged Johanna copied the packaging for Coca-Cola's "Simply" line of juice products.

The Coca-Cola Co. on Thursday settled unfair competition, trade dress and patent infringement claims in a Georgia suit over carafe-style plastic juice bottles sold by supermarket chain Aldi Inc.
