Couple Settles SEC's Dell Insider Trading Claims
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission told a Texas federal judge on Monday that it had reached a partial settlement with a former Dell Inc. administrative assistant and her husband who allegedly traded using insider information, slapping both with a permanent injunction and the possibility of fines.
