A Florida federal judge refused Monday to reconsider her dismissal of two proposed class actions accusing four olive oil makers of falsely labeling their products as extra virgin, ruling evidence that purportedly demonstrated nationwide false labeling was not new.

Colavita USA LLC and other olive oil makers on Tuesday escaped two consolidated putative class actions in Florida federal court alleging the companies falsely labeled their oils as extra-virgin and charged top dollar for products that were low quality.
