Roxane Laboratories Inc. has agreed to delay its launch of a generic version of inflammatory bowel drug Asacol until as late as November as part of a discovery agreement in a patent infringement suit brought by Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Medeva Pharma Suisse AG.
