An Arkansas federal judge on Thursday decertified a class of school bus drivers who claim they were not paid overtime wages, finding that the drivers failed to show they all worked more than 40 hours each week.

The Arkansas Supreme Court held Thursday that a private suit under the state's minimum wage law had a three-year statute of limitations, after a federal court certified the question for the state court in a group of public school bus drivers and dispatchers' class action.
