Judge Approves Apple-AT&T IPad Data Plan Settlement
Consumers who say they were duped by AT&T Mobility LLC and Apple Inc. over an iPad data plan will collect up to $60 apiece from the companies under a consolidated class action settlement granted preliminary approval Thursday by a California judge.
