Family Dollar Strikes $14M Settlement In OT Class Action
Family Dollar Stores Inc. has reached a preliminary $14 million settlement with a class of 1,700 store managers who claim the retail giant failed to pay overtime wages, an attorney for the plaintiffs said Tuesday in New York federal court.
