After perusing the software source code for its rival's digital hearing aids, Oticon Inc. has dropped infringement allegations against Vivatone Hearing Systems LLC, but maintained claims against SeboTek Hearing Systems LLC.

Hearing aid manufacturer Oticon Inc. is trying to muffle two of its major rivals, accusing Vivatone Hearing Systems LLC and SeboTek Hearing Systems LLC of infringing a patent for digital hearing aids.
