A Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday blocked PepsiCo Inc. from selling its frozen slush drink Polar Shock in New England and New York, finding the product's name is confusingly similar to that of soft drink maker Polar Corp.

PepsiCo Hit With Trademark Suit Over Polar Brand
New England beverage company Polar Corp. has slapped PepsiCo. Inc. and a subsidiary with a suit claiming a new slush-type drink that the companies are peddling infringes the "Polar" trademark.
