Rapper Jay-Z and his business partner have sued Boston Red Sox hitter David Ortiz for trademark infringement, claiming the baseball player opened a nightclub in his home country of the Dominican Republic called Forty Forty after visiting Jay Z’s well-known Manhattan nightspot The 40/40 Club.
