Kellogg Reaches Deal To End Bakery Workers' FLSA Suit
The Kellogg Co. on Friday agreed to pay more than $220,000 to settle a suit by a class of 385 employees at its Kansas baking plant they were underpaid for their for pre- and post-shift activities in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
