The Kellogg Co. on Friday agreed to pay more than $220,000 to settle a suit by a class of 385 employees at its Kansas baking plant they were underpaid for their for pre- and post-shift activities in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

A Kansas federal judge on Tuesday refused to decertify a class of 385 employees at a Kellogg Co. baking plant in Kansas who claim they were not properly compensated for pre- and post-shift activities.
