Fraud Suit Against Ex-SemGroup CEO Sent To State Court
An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday sent back to state court a fraud suit filed against Thomas L. Kivisto, the former CEO of once-bankrupt SemGroup LP, by the company's former limited partners, saying federal bankruptcy jurisdiction did not exist in the case.

Ex-SemGroup CEO Asks Court To Toss Fraud Suit
Former SemGroup LP CEO Thomas L. Kivisto lobbied a Delaware bankruptcy court on Thursday to quash a fraud suit brought against him in an Oklahoma federal court, saying the claims belonged to a litigation trust set up in the bankruptcy.
