Range Resources Settles Gas Royalties Class Action
A Pennsylvania federal judge approved a settlement Thursday in a natural gas royalties dispute that amends leases between Range Resources-Appalachia LLC and some 25,000 class members to impose caps on future post-production cost deductions.
