A Texas paper mill accused by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of fostering a hostile work environment for African-American employees asked a judge Wednesday to block the testimony of a museum curator who studies the history of racism, arguing that his "inflammatory" comments will prejudice the jury.
