A Shire PLC unit said Friday that it had reached a settlement with Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. resolving allegations that Teva infringed two patents for the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Intuniv.

A unit of pharmaceutical giant Shire PLC said Thursday that it had reached a settlement with Actavis Inc. and Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc., resolving all pending patent litigation over the companies' attempts to market generic versions of the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Intuniv.
