The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday declined to hear Arminak & Associate Inc.'s appeal of a lower court decision limiting evidence in a long-running antitrust suit against MeadWestvaco Calmar Inc. for an alleged plot to monopolize the trigger sprayers market.

A California federal judge on June 7 refused to let Arminak & Associates Inc. argue in its long-running antitrust suit against Mead Westvaco Calmar Inc. that lawful actions taken by Calmar were part of a plot to monopolize the trigger sprayers market.
