FedEx Office and Print Services Inc. has reached a settlement with a proposed class of consumers who say the company violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act by printing receipts that show too many debit or credit card numbers, plaintiffs said Monday.

FedEx Office and Print Services Inc. failed again Monday to shake a putative class action in California alleging it illegally printed part of customers' credit card numbers on their receipts, with a federal judge rejecting its interpretation of the law at issue.
