Ford Mustang Corrosion Case Fails Under Flawed Theory
Two men accusing Ford Motor Co. of concealing a defect that corroded the hoods of their Mustangs suffered a fatal blow to their proposed class action when the automaker proved that they sued over the wrong type of corrosion, a New Jersey federal judge ruled Thursday.

Ford Defeats NJ Lemon Law Claim In Corrosion Suit
A federal judge on Monday trimmed a proposed class action against Ford Motor Co. that alleges the company failed to disclose in the warranty and owner's manual a design defect that led to the corrosion of hoods on various vehicles.
