Attorneys for poultry processor Koch Foods of Cincinnati LLC and hourly workers at its Fairfield, Ohio, chicken processing plant told a federal judge Wednesday they had reached a settlement in the workers' wage-and-hour class action.

A federal judge has conditionally certified a class of chicken processing plant workers who claim Koch Foods of Cincinnati LLC refused to pay them for work done off the clock and denied them meal breaks.
