No Fees For Roche Or Nova After Failed IP, Breach Row
A Delaware federal judge on Saturday refused to grant Nova Biomedical Corp. attorneys' fees for beating Roche Diagnostics Operations Inc.'s patent infringement litigation over glucose monitoring technology, but also refused Roche fees for defeating Nova's subsequent breach of contract counterclaims.

Roche Wages Patent Fight Over Diabetes Test Strips
Roche Diagnostics Operations Inc. has launched another legal battle to protect its blood glucose test strips for monitoring diabetes, this time accusing Abbott Diabetes Care Inc. and several other medical device makers of infringing two of its patents covering the technology.
