Roche Wages Patent Fight Over Diabetes Test Strips
Roche Diagnostics Operations Inc. has launched another legal battle to protect its blood glucose test strips for monitoring diabetes, this time accusing Abbott Diabetes Care Inc. and several other medical device makers of infringing two of its patents covering the technology.
