Developer Sues 2 Oil Cos. For Waste Cleanup Costs
Real estate developer and contractor Green Valley Corp. has hit Caldo Oil Co. and Nella Oil Co. LLC with an action seeking over $4.3 million in damages and recovery of the costs of cleaning up petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in the soil and groundwater of several Green Valley-owned properties in San Jose, Calif., adjacent to gas stations owned by the fuel providers.
