A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday refused to dismiss all of a class action against Johnson & Johnson over the effectiveness of the company's Bedtime Bath products, allowing a plaintiff to move forward with claims that labels on the products could be construed as false and misleading.

A New Jersey federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action accusing Johnson & Johnson Consumer Cos. Inc. of falsely claiming in advertisements and on product labels that its line of bedtime bath products helps babies sleep better.
