'Hurt Locker' Suit Will Likely Move Forward
A California federal judge overseeing a U.S. Army veteran's suit claiming Summit Entertainment LLC and others turned his life into the film "The Hurt Locker" said Monday she would likely dismiss claims for breach of contract and fraud but retain a right of publicity claim.
