Technicolor USA Inc. and insurer Chartis Inc. told an Indiana federal judge on Monday they had resolved Technicolor's suit seeking indemnification from Chartis for the $6 million environmental cleanup of three of its film-processing laboratories.

Technicolor USA Inc. on Friday urged an Indiana federal court to force Chartis Inc. to pay $6 million to indemnify the company for the environmental cleanup of three film-processing laboratories, cleanups it said were covered under its pollution liability policies.
