A biofuel manufacturer asked a New Mexico federal judge Tuesday for permission to renew its antitrust suit against Exxon Mobil Corp., blaming its former attorneys at Gray Plant Mooty for the recent dismissal.

A New Mexico federal judge on Thursday threw out a suit accusing Exxon Mobil Corp. and ConocoPhillips of conspiring to promote an allegedly anti-competitive new industry standard aimed at discouraging the use of biofuels.
