Native American Group Drops Chevron Solar Project Suit
A Native American advocacy group on Thursday agreed to drop a lawsuit challenging the U.S. government's approval of 45-megawatt solar energy project that Chevron Energy Solutions proposed building on sacred land, after federal officials said the project fell through.

Judge Trims Native American Group's Chevron Project Suit
A California federal judge on Wednesday dismissed three claims from a Native American group's suit over the government's alleged indiscretion in approving Chevron Energy Solutions' 45-megawatt solar energy project slated to go up on sacred land, giving the organization two weeks to rework the arguments.
