Warner To Pay Mylan $12M In Damages After Doryx IP Row
Warner Chilcott PLC and Mayne Pharma International Pty. Ltd. have agreed to pay $12 million to Mylan Inc. and Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. to resolve Mylan's damages claim following patent litigation over Warner's acne drug Doryx, according to a regulatory notice filed Wednesday.

Warner Chilcott Brings New Patent Suit Over Doryx
Warner Chilcott Ltd. and Mayne Pharma International Pty. Ltd. have filed a patent infringement lawsuit seeking to prevent Sandoz Inc. from marketing a generic version of the antibiotic Doryx less than a month after targeting three other drugmakers in a similar suit.
