The family of a 9/11 victim on Monday dropped their lawsuit in New York federal court against United Air Lines Inc., security company Huntleigh USA Corp. and others, closing the book on the last wrongful death case stemming from the terrorist attacks.

The operator of Boston's Logan International Airport on Wednesday won dismissal from a closely watched wrongful death suit brought by the family of a 9/11 victim that sought to hold airlines, security screeners and others responsible for the terrorist attacks.
