Class Bids Nixed Again In MDL Over BPA In Baby Bottles
A Missouri federal judge on Thursday shot down class certification bids by consumers suing Gerber Products Co. and others in multidistrict litigation over the use of bisphenol A in baby bottles and sippy cups, finding the proposed classes were too broad.
