Kinder Morgan Settles DOL Suit Over Back Pay
The U.S. Department of Labor said Tuesday that Kinder Morgan Inc. agreed to pay $830,000 in back wages to employees to settle a lawsuit in Texas federal court accusing the energy company of failing to pay overtime compensation to thousands of workers.
