BP Claims Adjusters Denied Class In Wage Action
A Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday denied class certification to a group of claims adjusters alleging that a disaster claims company hired by BP PLC after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill breached an employment contract by paying them less than their agreed-upon wages.
