Judge OKs $7.8M Settlement For Hispanic Madoff Investors
A New York federal judge has signed off on a $7.8 million settlement on behalf of 278 Hispanic investors who lost millions of dollars by investing in bankrupt Bernie Madoff feeder fund Fairfield Sentry Limited Fund through Miami-based brokerage firm EFG Capital International Corp., attorneys said Friday.

Credit Suisse Docs Key To Madoff Feeder Suit: Judge
A New York federal judge overseeing a class action over investments in Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scheme asked a British court Tuesday for help in obtaining documents from two Credit Suisse Group AG affiliates that could show what an Israeli insurer knew about a doomed feeder fund of the scheme.
