A New York federal judge signed off Monday on Booz Allen Hamilton's agreement to drop remaining breach of contract counterclaims in a suit that had accused the contracting giant and its executives of forcing employees to retire and sell their stock options in order to boost the executives' own profits through a deal with The Carlyle Group.
