Uponor Sheds Most Of Faulty Plumbing Parts Suit
A Nevada federal judge on Wednesday dismissed almost all claims in a putative class action accusing Uponor Inc. of manufacturing defective plumbing parts, finding a partially overruled state Supreme Court decision still barred strict liability claims based on property damage from a defective component of the building.
