Zurich American Insurance Co. on Friday settled a suit in Georgia federal court in which it sought to avoid coverage for a $36.8 million contract dispute alleging Latex Construction Co. botched work on a natural gas pipeline running from Illinois to Indiana.

Zurich Seeks To Avoid Defense In $37M Pipeline Suit
Zurich American Insurance Co. asked a federal judge on Monday to find that it does not have to defend Latex Construction Co. in a contract suit seeking at least $36.8 million for botched work on a natural gas pipeline.
