A California federal judge on Friday granted reluctant approval to a revamped $4 million settlement of a class action over Kellogg Co.'s alleged false advertising of the brain-boosting power of Frosted Mini-Wheats cereal, following the Ninth Circuit's rejection of a prior $10 million deal.
