Government attorneys urged a D.C. federal judge Friday to toss a lawsuit seeking to force the U.S. Department of Defense to hand over parts for a Vietnam-era training jet, arguing the decision not to sell the components is entirely up to the Pentagon's discretion and cannot be challenged.
